We hope you love our products, but if you’d like to return your product please follow these guidelines:

• Product must be in original packaging and secured with original foam and any other packaging that it was originally sent in.

• Product must have original protective film if applicable (such as film on enclosures)

• All original hardware must be included

• Product must be received undamaged as it was originally sent

• Original shipping cost is not refunded since it was paid to the carrier for the initial shipment

• Return shipping is paid by the customer

• A 15% restock fee is charged if the enclosure is not sent in it’s original packaging or if it does not have the original hardware or protective film on panels

• A larger fee will be charged, or no refund granted, if item is returned damaged
